Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Kathryn Kloos

Do you have irregular or painful menstrual cycles?  Are you on the path of rediscovering what it means to be grounded in your pelvis and in the root of your being?  Do you wish to transform your current relationship with your body and move into to a deeper state of wholeness and vitality? I am passionate about helping women cultivate health and balance. Whether you are trying to have a baby and not having success, you have a history of going to doctors for pelvic pain without finding relief, or you are wanting to let go of deeply held tension in your root, I am honored to help you on your path to wellness.
My practice offers a unique fusion of naturopathic medicine and advanced bodywork specialized to support women’s bodies. As a naturopathic physician I use herbs, biotherapeutic drainage, homeopathy and nutrition to help the body eliminate wastes and restore balance.  Because each woman is unique, I customize each treatment plan to support the highest wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
I love working with pregnant women and practice Arvigo Techniques of Peri-natal care, which can greatly enhance conception, optimize pregnancy and birth, and support healing postpartum. Whether you are trying to conceive or you are pregnant and want additional support in having a healthy pregnancy and delivery, I would be honored to help you on your path to giving birth.
With over ten years of experience as a massage therapist, I bring you hands that listen to your body and help you gently unwind deeply held tensions. Especially for women, I offer Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal therapy and Holistic Pelvic Care which have shown to be effective for a variety of conditions including but not limited to: incontinence and pelvic floor weakness, PMS, fibroids, painful intercourse, fertility challenges and re-aligning the pelvic bowl. I know what it’s like to have pelvic pain and have gravitated towards these healing modalities because I have experienced personal relief from them. It would be a great honor to accompany you on your journey towards healing, transformation, and growth.
